FatSecret

Weight: 369.0

So I've registered on fatsecret.com and downloaded their Android Mobile App. I bought a scale and did my baseline weigh-in. So for the first bit I'm just going to count and reduce my calories. After I get that change down, I'll start adding in aerobic exercise, then later I'll add in time at the gym. Then I'll buy a wii-fit and a bike. But I don't really have a timeline for any of that yet. The link above should take you to my fat-secret journal page, but I'll try to post a summary here every week.

Oh I should post up a summary of stats here too... like measurements, and a 'before' photo... maybe I'll get on that this week.
